Job Overview:

Our forward-thinking international client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team in SE Calgary, where they will provide essential support to a global team operating remotely.

The Marketing Coordinator is an integral addition to the marketing department, supporting campaign management, event coordination, and various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be organized and creative, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. This individual must excel at multitasking, prioritizing, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop, manage, and proofread content for brochures, newsletters, social media, and websites.
  • Event Management: Support external and internal events, handling logistics and managing promotional materials.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist with marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and print channels, coordinating with vendors and teams.
  • Social Media: Help manage accounts, schedule content, engage audiences, and track performance.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain databases, track projects, manage budgets, and prepare reports.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Qualifications:

  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Valid passport – travel may be required 1-2 times a year.
  • Graphic Design Background required.
  • Proficiency with Creative Cloud Suite and Canva for creating professional-grade visuals and marketing materials.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with DAM systems, sales automation tools, and SEO/SEM practices.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to collaborate and juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Base Salary: $60,000-65,000 per year

  • Full benefits package.

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Monday – Friday.

Remote Work:

  • This position allows for a hybrid work model once fully trained.

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
