Who you are
You have worked as a Vascular Surgeon for a minimum of 1 year.
You possess a Medical Degree from a recognized medical school and postgraduate studies (residency) in the field of General Surgery with a focus in Vascular Surgery.
You must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick.
The Department of General / Vascular Surgery requires that members practicing Vascular Surgery be a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada with subspecialty certification in Vascular Surgery from an accredited program to be eligible for active membership. Candidates with Royal College eligibility may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level. Bilingual skills would be considered an asset.
What you will do
Reporting to the General / Vascular Surgery Department Head and the Medical Director for the area, the Vascular Surgeon collaborates with other Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and other Allied Medical Staff.
