Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Product team in the creation and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Write, edit, and generate high-quality omni-channel marketing collateral for external clients.
- Design, develop, and deliver digital marketing content utilizing our agency and/or design software and tools.
- Collaborate closely with our creative agency to ideate, conceptualize, and craft innovative and impactful creative concepts and designs.
- Execute new and existing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with targeted business metrics and objectives.
- Manage projects efficiently, working in a cross-functional environment while ensuring delivery deadlines are met and content requirements are in place.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to measure campaigns and report on program effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Qualifications:
- University or college degree in marketing, communications, media, or related field of study.
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales and Marketing role.
- Excellent writing skills with a strong ability to create, draft, and edit written marketing collateral that drives awareness, engagement, and action.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Smartsheet).
- Experience working with marketing automation and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Seismic) and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience in leveraging Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies to develop innovative solutions and improve business processes.
- Knowledge of Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools and platforms, with the ability to integrate and utilize them to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns using data and insights.
- Process- and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with HTML is an asset.
