We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our small but dynamic marketing team in support of cross-functional project management and execution of all marketing initiatives to support all lines of business. As a Marketing Associate, you'll play a crucial role in driving our brand’s presence and engagement across platforms, including a strong presence in the digital landscape. You'll have the opportunity to blend creativity with data-driven strategies to elevate our social media, content marketing, and traditional marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  1. Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  2. Focus on creating engaging content such as product/service benefits, partnership engagements, industry trends, customer success stories, and other relevant content.
  3. Leverage metrics to optimize campaigns and continue refining to achieve optimum results.

Content Marketing:

  1. Create engaging and relevant content for blogs, newsletters, and social media channels.
  2. Use AI writing assistants and content optimization tools to enhance content quality and SEO performance.
  3. Effective use of email marketing for all lines of business.

Campaign Management:

  1. Plan, build, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events.
  2. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  3. Ensure leads are shared with the appropriate teams in a timely manner.

Project Management:

  1. Manage and work with the marketing team to ensure all projects are delivered error-free with a high degree of quality, on time, and within budget.
  2. Coordinate with all internal business units and partners to ensure the marketing team has all relevant information and assets to execute the campaigns.
  3. Act as a liaison between internal business units and the marketing team to accommodate requests and changes.
  4. Develop working knowledge of each department and their critical functions.
  5. Integrate priority projects and initiatives to provide cohesive execution and resource deployment.
  6. Align all departments to consistently demonstrate brand compliance and commitment to corporate programs.
  7. Provide guidance and support to the marketing team.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and divisional leaders, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Administrative Support:

  1. Monitor, manage, and respond to reviews on various platforms for all businesses.
  2. Source and manage relationships with various vendors.
  3. Support the team with various daily tasks.
  4. Manage and deliver various ad hoc projects and requests.
  5. Perform other tasks as required.

Key Aspects of the Role

Campaign Management:

  1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events).
  2. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Digital Marketing:

  1. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, and social media.
  2. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate relevant strategies into the overall marketing plan.

Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Utilize data analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of marketing activities.
  2. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Market Segmentation and Targeting:

  1. Identify target customer segments and tailor marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage those audiences.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, public relations, or a related field.
  2. 3-5+ Years of experience in Marketing.
  3. Proficiency with online marketing, social media strategy, and platforms.
  4. Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  7. Metrics-driven marketing mindset with an eye for creativity.
  8. Experience with Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ads and expertise in SEO and SEM.
  9. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
