Marketing Assistant

Job Description

Marketing assistants support marketing managers and executives on projects such as developing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, social media campaigns and on collecting and interpreting marketing analytics.

Job Duties

1. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
2. Coordinate with the design team to create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, helping to inform marketing strategies.
4. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to make data-driven decisions.
5. Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
6. Support the organization of promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
7. Assist with creating and distributing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead-generation strategies and nurture potential customers through the sales funnel.
9. Help maintain the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
10. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating tasks, and managing marketing materials inventory.
