Here's how a Marketing and Proposals Coordinator for our Montreal office contributes to our team:

By actively contributing to the preparation and submission of proposals in response to client requests, as part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the planning, development, and polished layout of proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.
2. Work closely with internal teams and maintain consistent follow-ups to gather the necessary information and documentation, while ensuring deadlines are met.
3. Conduct research to enrich proposal content, drawing from completed projects, past submissions, and other relevant sources.
4. Support the preparation of presentation materials and documents for internal communications and client meetings.
5. Contribute to the writing, editing, and formatting of proposal documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and a polished final product.
6. Assist in managing and maintaining a centralized content library, including templates, project content, and previous proposals.
7. If desired, bring creativity to personalize proposals and presentations, adapting them to each client's unique needs.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, proposals, communications, project management or a related field.
2. Good proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
3. Working knowledge of InDesign (or willingness to learn).
4. Good written communication skills in French.
5. Bilingual in French and English.
6. Familiarity with the construction industry (an asset), attention to detail.
7. Ability to efficiently manage and coordinate multiple projects.
8. Autonomy and initiative.
9. Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
10. Capability to handle unexpected challenges.
