Marketing and Human Capital Administrative Assistant

Make an impact in this unique role with our Human Capital and Marketing teams as an Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting role for someone looking for variety, creative opportunity, and has an interest in Marketing and Human Resources. Responsibilities
  • Support the Regional Marketing Manager with the implementation and coordination of various marketing tactics (events, sponsorships, advertising, presentations, signage, etc.)
  • Support Human Capital activities including administration of total rewards, learning and development, engagement initiatives, recruitment process, onboarding logistics, and performance management
  • Process marketing requests, triage tasks to appropriate teams for execution, and monitor workflow and status to ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and teams and provide support and updates as needed
  • Maintain and create reports to track metrics, progress, budgets, etc.
  • Prepare, review, and modify templates, letters, communications, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks, and other correspondence for CFE Prep, CPA module registration, reminders, DE&I initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and engagement
  • Develop an understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and niches, ensuring firm brand standards are being followed
  • Support with special projects as required
  • Maintain flexibility to travel within the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley as necessary
Skills and Experience
  • Post-secondary education in business administration is preferred
  • 2-3 years of administration or project coordination experience is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and ability to multitask
  • French language skills would be considered an asset
