Sponsorship Advisor

We are looking for a Sponsorship Advisor to join our growing team.

As a Sponsorship Advisor, you will join the team responsible for sponsorships and partnerships at Intact Financial Corporation. You will contribute to the promotion of various properties in both Quebec and English-speaking Canada. You will support the existing team on the Intact Insurance and belairdirect brands.

What you will accomplish with us:

  • Participate in the development, adaptation, and production of support or visibility material for sponsorships (signage, web banners, animation, etc.).
  • Ensure the review and approval of support or visibility material for sponsorships with internal stakeholders or external partners.
  • Validate final proofs to ensure flawless and error-free delivery.
  • Coordinate the allocation and management of access and tickets for all our properties.
  • Coordinate multiple requests or projects simultaneously in close collaboration with direct or extended team members.
  • Monitor expenses, manage the opening of POs, and handle underlying management tasks.

What you bring to the table:

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or communications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or sponsorships.
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills.
  • High adaptability to change, stress resistance.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Dynamic and creative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in sponsorships is an asset.
  • Ability to communicate easily in French and English, both orally and in writing.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
