Marketing Admin

We’re looking for a marketing admin to help bring our brand to life through creative storytelling and social media management. If you have an eye for design, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to organize and execute content plans, this role is for you!

Structure and Pay

• Full-Time Position
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Admin

• Schedule and manage social media posts across several platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
• Create and maintain a content calendar.
• Take marketing photos.
• Design content using Canva (or whatever software you are familiar with).
• Monitor and engage with comments and messages across platforms.
• Assist with other marketing initiatives as the role expands.

Job Qualifications

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:

• Have some prior marketing experience, preferably in content creation or social media.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools is a plus but is not required.

• Consistency - Posting frequency and adherence to the content calendar.
• Engagement – Growth in social media interactions (likes, comments, shares, followers).
• Content Quality – Creativity, visual appeal, and effectiveness of marketing materials.
• Organization & Efficiency – Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain structured workflows.
• Proactive Contribution – Bringing new ideas to improve content strategy and engagement.
