Who are we looking for?

The Market Centre Administrator (MCA) is a key leadership role within the Market Centre, working alongside the Operating Principal (OP) and Team Leader (TL). This position is responsible for driving profitability through market share growth and supporting associate career development. The MCA ensures that value is communicated effectively to attract and retain associates, and helps them build successful businesses.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Profitability and Growth: Use Growth and Career Growth Initiatives to boost Market Centre profitability and net at least five new associates per month.
  2. Value Communication: Quantify and communicate value consistently to support associate success and retention.
  3. Systems and Tools: Implement and manage systems to drive associate growth and market share expansion.
  4. Financial Management: Oversee bookkeeping, accounting, and strategic financial decisions. Complete weekly and monthly financial close processes.
  5. Leadership: Build and lead a supportive staff, ensuring alignment with Market Centre goals and effective problem-solving.

Key Duties:

  1. Collaborate with OP and TL on financial planning and system building.
  2. Engage in Growth Initiative conversations, track performance metrics, and provide solutions.
  3. Develop and communicate a value package for the Market Centre.
  4. Ensure associates have Career Growth Initiative goals and support their achievement.
  5. Manage daily financial tracking and oversee bookkeeping tasks.
  6. Lead operational systems and introduce new products/services.

Communications:

- OP/TL: Weekly meetings, daily interactions.

- Staff: Daily, including MCA Assistant, Receptionist, and other staff.

Management Responsibilities:

- Supervise Director of First Impressions, Deal Administrator and staff as needed.

Requirements:

  1. 3 years of leadership experience
  2. 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
  3. Strong communication skills, strategic leadership, and proficiency in financial management.
  4. High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  5. Technologically savvy and detail-oriented.

The MCA must be self-directed, an independent decision-maker, and aligned with Market Centre objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
