Electrical Engineer/ Electrician x2 (Permanent or Contract)

Location: South Coast, UK

Salary (Permanent): £34,300 - £49,920 per annum (DOE) + Overtime

Contract Rate: £25.50 (UMBRELLA)

Working Hours: 4-day work week (Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), overtime optional on Fridays (paid at a flat rate).

Role Overview: We are seeking 2x Electrical Engineers to join an elite team of 15 professionals. You will contribute to building luxury yachts, performing all aspects of electrical fitting including:

1. Wiring systems and components.
2. Fitting engines, hydraulics, and other mechanical systems.
3. Drilling, tapping, and assembling to meet exacting standards.

This is a hands-on role within a small, close-knit team where attention to detail and teamwork are key.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Electrical bias with an appreciation of mechanical systems or know-how.
• Background: Industrial, manufacturing, or engineering experience (marine or boatbuilding background advantageous).
• Drawings: Familiarity with electrical engineering drawings, specifically AC/DC connectors and industrial systems.
• Attitude: A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Essential: Candidates from commercial/domestic electrician backgrounds will not be considered.
