Looking for your first job or a fun way to spend your summer outdoors? Join our crew as a Dock Attendant! This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys being by the water, working with people, and learning new skills. No experience? No problem—we’ll train you!

As a Dock Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face greeting boaters, helping with docking, and keeping things running smoothly on the waterfront. It’s a great way to gain work experience, build confidence, and be part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet boaters with a positive, helpful attitude

Assist with tying and untying boats at the dock

Help fuel boats and handle marina equipment safely (training provided)

Keep the docks clean, safe, and organized

Answer basic customer questions or direct them to the right team member

Empty garbage bins, sweep docks, and help with light cleaning

Work closely with marina staff and follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 15 years of age or older

Weekend and holiday availability is a must

Reliable transportation to and from work

Friendly, polite, and willing to lend a hand

Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather

Able to take direction, work independently, and stay active

No experience needed—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

Wage:

Minimum wage to start, with opportunities for raises and future seasons
