Aplin is proud to be partnering with a well-established and respected employer in Nova Scotia's industrial sector to find a highly skilled Shift Manager to join their leadership team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Port Hawkesbury, supporting a large-scale manufacturing operation. Our client is a leader in their industry and maintains a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

As Shift Manager, you will report to the Paper Machine Manager and oversee all aspects of mill operations during your shift. This includes responsibility for various departments such as the Paper Machine, Thermal Mechanical Pulp, Woodroom, Woodyard, Effluent, Clay, and Warehouse. You will work a 12-hour shift schedule.
