A service-driven industrial and consumer manufacturing company, our client has grown to become one of Canada’s largest corrugated box manufacturers. With multiple offices and manufacturing locations both in the United States and Canada, our client now seeks a General Manager to lead one of its businesses located in Southern Ontario.
Scope of Position
The General Manager will be responsible for providing strategic direction to our client’s integrated manufacturing operations and sales team while ensuring that the plant operations meet production and sales demands in a cost-optimized, safe, and environmentally responsible manner.
Reporting to the President, the General Manager will be responsible for a $100 million revenue business with a headcount of 225 people overseeing all sales, business development, production, finance, and operations by clearly defining goals and objectives that promote and maintain an atmosphere of efficiency and continuous improvement in all areas of business and operations.
