Manufacturing Associate (contractor)

Currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate in Morrisville, NC. Details for the position are as follows:

• Pay: $23-28/hr based on experience!
• 6-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.

• Monitor and execute critical manufacturing processes, providing real-time feedback and troubleshooting issues.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Manage inventory control, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies in product accountability.
• Complete real-time batch record reviews, perform alarm monitoring, and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• High School Diploma with 1+ years of GMP experience.
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree in a biology-related field.
• Experience with cell/tissue culture is Required.
• Experience with working within an ISO 7/8 clean room is Preferred.
• Experience with batch records is Preferred.
• Experience with GDP is Preferred.
