Manufacturing Associate

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for stocking, pulling orders and loading trucks. We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, and punctual worker who is looking for a career. You will be expected to work with speed and accuracy and have a team-player mentality, while being committed to maintaining a safe and positive work environment. Please note all candidates are subject to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities:

1. Able to utilize power tools, saws, nail guns, routers, drills, etc.
2. Able to read a tape measurer down to 1/16 of an inch.
3. Understand and read work orders for accuracy and product quality.
4. Able to conduct basic math including fractions.
5. Check all outgoing orders for accuracy.
6. Demonstrate commitment to all safety standards at all times.
7. Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
8. Use equipment properly and maintain it as needed.
9. Keep the work area clean and organized.
10. Report any order discrepancies or issues to management ASAP.

Requirements:

1. Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; warehouse work experience is a plus.
2. Able to work on your feet for 8 hour shifts and lift 45 lbs. on a regular basis.
3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Forklift experience a plus.
