Mandate Lead Project Manager (ID646) specialized in SAP SuccessFactors (SF)

M3C is seeking a Lead Project Manager (ID646) specialized in SAP SuccessFactors (SF) for a 2-year contract. The role is primarily remote, with occasional international travel required. The candidate must be incorporated in Canada.

The responsibilities are:

1. Leading a team working within a matrix environment to develop and deliver project deliverables with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and consistency;
2. Providing guidance and overseeing stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on meeting the Key Criteria of Success;
3. Developing a comprehensive and structured plan to guide the project's execution;
4. Overseeing all project resources while effectively conveying a clear and unified vision of the project objectives to the team;
5. Defining the project scope and ensuring clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders;
6. Collaborating with stakeholders and the project team to identify streamlined business processes and establish clear business, functional, and non-functional system requirements;
7. Proactively address project risks and issues in collaboration with the team and stakeholders;
8. Managing the day-to-day delivery of the project and organizing necessary meetings to track progress, address risks and issues, and oversee changes effectively;
9. Scheduling and leading Gate meetings to secure approval for work continuation;
10. Establishing and maintaining governance structures to ensure the achievement of project objectives;
11. Overseeing the project's budget and ensuring accurate financial tracking throughout its lifecycle.

The requirements are:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting or other related field or equivalent work experience;
2. 10+ years of project management experience with large-scale enterprise systems;
3. 5+ years leading global HCM / HRIS implementations; at least 3 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation;
4. Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and associated business processes (e.g., Employee Central, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Performance);
5. Experience in structured system development and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid);
6. Extensive use of MS Excel (advanced Excel analytic capability and a quantitative focus), MS Project Server and SharePoint, MS Office (Word, Power Point);
7. Ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work streams, teams, business divisions, geographies and time zones;
8. ASSET: Project delivery experience in the mining industry;
9. ASSET: PMP, PMI-ACP, MBA or equivalent certification preferred;
10. ASSET: Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
