What We Are Looking For
After 30+ years of success, we’re looking to hire an employee fluent in Mandarin, French, and English. If you love communication and are comfortable turning conversations into sales from home, you are the one we need!
Ideal Profile:
- Achieve sales objectives
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled negotiator, results-driven
- Fluent in French, English, and Mandarin (French is an asset)
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service or tele-sales

Prerequisites:
- Sales or Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, including handling customer objections and closing sales.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in French and English is required, particularly for serving customers in the Maritimes.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrates commitment to meeting weekly and monthly sales goals. Ability to work under pressure to meet and exceed targets.
- Skilled Negotiator: Capable of negotiating effectively to close sales and address customer needs.
- Resilient and Motivated: Ability to handle adversity, maintain a positive attitude, and persevere in the face of challenges. Willingness to exceed expectations to achieve goals.
- Sharp Business Acumen: Understanding of business practices, including identifying sales opportunities and confidently offering products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Comfortable with Remote Work: Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and technologies. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to Learn: Initial training and a commitment to ongoing learning are necessary to stay updated on the latest first aid products and practices.
