Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Manager of Talent Acquisition will directly oversee the development of a strategic recruitment and retention function that supports the organization’s objective in terms of current and future hospital needs. To support this mandate, the Manager, Talent Acquisition will scan the internal and external environment to identify and assess opportunities to strengthen Unity Health Toronto’s position as an Employer of Choice, and work in partnership with those accountable to facilitate positive change.
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will serve as a champion in process improvement in leading and sustaining an integrated recruitment process through ongoing engagement with key stakeholders and the use of technology enablers and innovative and leading practices to align with the achievement of our people strategy.
