Manager, Supports and Services

We are currently seeking a Manager, Supports and Services to lead and develop their team to offer supports rooted in KACL values and service delivery principles. The Manager will provide the necessary foundation to ensure that the team feels impactful, inspired, valued, and an integral part of KACL.
Under the leadership of the Director, Supports and Services, the Manager is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to team members, developing capacity in team members to provide necessary supports, and participating in decision-making related to program development and organization-wide initiatives.
The Manager plays a crucial role in the maintenance and development of the program(s) in their portfolio. The Manager fosters strong community relationships and partnerships, collaborating with external partners to promote service excellence and advocacy for the rights of people supported.
The Manager contributes to the organization’s commitment to creating inclusive, empowering, and supportive environments for all individuals served, and in championing a culture grounded in the fundamentals of safety, teamwork, courtesy, and inclusion.

Position Type: Full-time, in-person, permanent.
Location: Kenora, Ontario.
Salary: $81,964 - $86,278 per year.
