The Manager provides strategic direction for domestic student recruitment, leads a team responsible for domestic education opportunities and partnerships across Canada. Ensuring the effective creation, coordination, implementation, evaluation and reporting of the annual recruitment plan, the Manager broadly communicates comprehensive knowledge of the University and program offerings to prospective students. The Manager understands and analyses market knowledge of targeted domestic regions, as well as target audiences, ranging from high school students to executives, and commits to creative and innovative recruitment of assigned portfolios. Establishing sound and efficient administrative processes and procedures, the Manager ensures smooth operations, bridging the work of the unit with key stakeholders, faculty, partners, prospects and students. Understanding the importance of achieving key performance indicators, the Manager, working with the Director, leads the team to secure about 5,000 domestic prospects a year.

This is a regular, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. This position has been evaluated at ME-A with a salary range of $94,019 (minimum) to $110,612 (midpoint) to $127,204 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will normally be made between the minimum and midpoint of the range and are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
