Key Responsibilities

1. Manager Sales:

2. Manager Recruiting:

   • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies, leveraging digital tools and platforms to identify top candidates

Qualifications

• Proven experience in both sales growth and recruiting beneficial
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
