Manager, sales operations & analysis

Xplore is seeking a Sales Operations & Analysis Manager to join our team and lead operational processes and manage reporting and analysis for our sales channels. As part of a fast-growing sales organization, the role will provide ample opportunity for excitement, autonomy and impact. Reporting to the Director, Sales Strategy, the successful candidate will oversee reporting and analysis, sales quality and operations, and budget management. We are looking for a self-starter and proven leader, who thrives in a dynamic environment and who is excited to be part of an evolving and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Lead twice-monthly sales quality meeting, presenting key metrics to senior leadership, and quarterback takeaways.
2. Build and execute regular reporting to support daily sales activities, including Salesforce dashboards.
3. Develop ongoing and ad hoc analysis, assessing sales & activation performance and making recommendations for improvement.
4. Manage cross-functional operational processes and tracking to support sales channels, including onboarding coordination, quality escalations, and collateral and swag ordering.
5. Manage sales budgets, working with Sales and Finance to align expense with budget.
6. Manage sales commissions and incentives strategy and payment model.

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. 4+ years of sales operations and analysis experience, ideally in telecom.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
3. Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong analytical skills, with comfort working in ambiguity.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including developing presentations for audiences of various levels.
6. Proven track record of developing and executing successful operational processes with cross-functional partners.
7. Salesforce and SQL experience is preferred.
