- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a related field.
- Proven track record in building and executing high-impact enablement programs that drive performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting all stages of the sales cycle, with a strong understanding of the tools, processes, and behaviors that drive revenue growth.
- You are enablement-obsessed. You leverage data to identify gaps, uncover insights, and continuously refine your approach to onboarding, training, and resource development.
- You have exceptional communication and facilitation skills. You're confident delivering to large audiences, collaborating across departments, and presenting to senior leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, lead with curiosity, and are passionate about equipping teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to win.
Responsibilities
Sales Enablement Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, scalable enablement strategy aligned with the company's go-to-market priorities across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Own the creation and curation of cross-functional sales content, playbooks, training materials, and onboarding programs.
- Maintain a strong feedback loop with frontline teams to identify evolving needs.
- Stay on top of industry trends and sales enablement innovations to ensure Dash remains a step ahead.
Training, Tools and Process Optimization
- Design, deliver, and optimize onboarding and ongoing learning programs for Revenue.
- Translate complex concepts - from product updates to competitive positioning - into digestible, actionable content.
- Act as the internal expert on enablement tools and platforms (e.g., ChiliPiper, Zoominfo, Gong, Hubspot) and support the adoption of MEDDICC sales methodologies.
- Identify and implement best practices to streamline content delivery, training workflows, and performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Impact
- Partner closely with leaders across the GTM team to ensure alignment and messaging, campaigns, and product launches.
- Define and track key enablement metrics (e.g., time to ramp, win rates, usage rates, training completion) to assess effectiveness and improve programs.
- Leverage data and feedback to identify gaps and measure the impact of enablement initiatives on revenue outcomes.
