Reporting to: Vice President, Sales

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

This role will begin as a remote position but will transition to a full-time, in-office role once our office is established.

We are seeking a new sales leader who is highly organized, articulate, and detail-oriented to lead new salespeople on the sales team. This leader will contribute to every facet of successfully leading a portion of the sales organization, including the initial training of new sales teams and the newest representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership:
    • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train salespeople on how to represent Inspirato and effectively achieve quota.
    • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, performance reviews, and provide custom development plans for each team member.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners such as Marketing, Success, Finance & Accounting, Legal, etc.
  2. Operations & Reporting:
    • Ensure team members are well-versed on Salesforce.com and utilize the CRM to capture all activities and ensure the pipeline is up-to-date.
    • Create custom reports to identify areas for outbound focus and trends for development.
  3. Coaching & Training:
    • Coach salespeople on performing proper discovery while delivering the pitch and value proposition of Inspirato.
    • Listen to sales calls to identify coaching opportunities and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year minimum in the Membership Director role at Inspirato.
  • Expertise with Salesforce.com.
  • Deep understanding of sales pipeline methodology and best practices.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to motivate sales professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to execute tasks independently.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet goals.
  • Strong commitment to the vision of the company.

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 Base Salary, $115,000 - $130,000 On Target Earnings.

Commission: Eligible for the Sales Commission Plan.

Paid Time Off: Accrues each pay period, totaling 15 days annually, plus nine paid holidays.

FAM Trip: After one year of employment, eligible for one three-to-four-night stay per calendar year in an Inspirato property.
