The opportunity
EY’s Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice is a consulting unit that provides risk management support to banks, insurers, and asset managers. Our team includes individuals who have industry, client, and product knowledge as well as quantitative, regulatory, project management, and technology professionals. We are seeking a Manager with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a mix of program management and/or risk management & regulatory experience acquired in the banking industry or in consulting services to join our team in our Toronto office.
The Manager, FSRM will be responsible for leading risk management program execution on client engagements at Financial Institutions, ensuring effective and efficient delivery against objectives and project deadlines. You will work with a team whose focus is on solving complex problems for our clients and supporting them to achieve their program goals. You will leverage your prior experience and skillset to bring innovative solutions, tools, technologies, and best practices in delivering for our clients. Reporting to the Senior Manager/Director of FSRM, the Manager will act as a single point of contact on these programs and lead a team of EY senior consultants/staff as well as client teams to manage day-to-day operations.
