Title: Restaurant Manager

Carlino, a Michelin-recommended Italian restaurant located in the Shangri-La hotel, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team. This position will oversee service in an active floor role with a focus on facilitating the best possible guest experience by working collaboratively with the service team and back-of-house team.

Who you are:

• A hospitality-driven leader with 1+ years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Calm, kind, and confident when interacting with guests and staff
• Experience with scheduling and controlling beverage & labour costs
• Knowledge of classic cocktails preferred
• Serving It Right certification required (Foodsafe Level 1 is an asset)
• Available to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
