Responsibilities
Segment Relationship Management (40%)
- Translate Rehab business strategy into product strategy through collaboration with stakeholders, technology vendors, partners, and funders.
- Act as a liaison between the Rehab business segment and the IT organization, consulting with leaders to understand business requirements, segment opportunities, revenue targets, operating challenges, and growth strategies.
- Maintain regular touchpoints with key Rehab stakeholders for projects and major applications.
- Represent the Director & CIO as required.
- Serve as an escalation point with key vendors to resolve operational issues with major applications.
- Ensure the successful rollout of technology that supports the business segment.
- Conduct research on emerging technology trends in the Rehab space.
- Represent Rehab in meetings with funders and other partnerships on program development and implementation.
- Support the creation and response to funder opportunities and RFPs.
- Assist in the creation and presentation of business cases for technology.
- Analyze business and funder needs, current market trends, and support potential partnerships.
- Assess current technologies against other solutions in the marketplace, noting differentiation and competition (e.g., Practice Management, Remote Patient Monitoring).
- Develop and communicate strategies and programs to meet business and funder requirements.
- Enable the resolution of major security requirements identified by the CISO.
- Serve as the key owner of all major Rehab Technologies employed within CBI Health.
- Drive standardization and optimization of technology platforms to reduce fragmentation and increase operational efficiency.
- Oversee the assessment, planning, and configuration throughout the Rehab organization to support RFP responses and other business development opportunities.
- Manage the product roadmap for major Rehab Systems (e.g., ClinicMaster).
- Oversee the assessment, planning, and delivery of feature releases from major Rehab Vendors.
- Support IT Solutions in appraising new ideas and strategizing appropriate enablement plans.
- Act as the escalation point between vendors and CBI Health stakeholders/users for critical system performance issues.
- Develop and maintain a high-level capability roadmap to articulate the growth capability of the technology with evolving business needs.
- Manage the product, the vendor, and all associated technologies within an established application portfolio that has moved completely into the SAAS model.
- Identify and implement new technologies, such as AI scribe solutions.
Management of Staff (30%)
- Conduct hiring, mentoring, development, and performance management of direct and indirect reports.
- Manage and coordinate direct and indirect reports in a matrixed environment.
- Plan, assign, and direct activities within the portfolio to meet IT operational, strategic, and Rehab strategic goals.
- Manage and approve staff hours allocation for OPEX/CAPEX against all projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate a positive working environment and culture through engagement activities, staff meetings, and events.
- Lead a team of 8 people, including Solutions Architects, and ensure effective collaboration and performance.
Experience
- Strong experience and knowledge of funding and operating models within the Rehabilitation space.
- Strong experience with technologies within the Rehabilitation space.
- Proven success in managing technology vendor and stakeholder relationships.
- High effectiveness in communication and coordination of cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional writing, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Experience in vendor management, governance, and roadmapping of technology.
- Management and budget background.
- Experience in managing a platform team and migrating systems to a cohesive platform.
Skills
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio for designing workflows.
- Comfortable leading a team and interacting with senior executives (COO, CFO, CIO, CEO).
- Ability to prioritize and organize stakeholder demands and intake processes.

- The incumbent will work closely with senior executives and act as a right-hand person and liaison for the Executive Director.
- The role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of management experience, comfortable managing a passionate team, and experienced in vendor management and governance.
- Exposure to healthcare, telecom, or finance industries is beneficial but not required.
