Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.

Mastercard Identity Solutions, part of the Security Solutions Organization (SSO), is responsible for safeguarding trust in payments and customer digital lifecycle to promote trust in all digital transactions. Identity Solutions’ global Product Growth and Operations team is looking for an experienced professional to support organic strategy development, strategic product bundle execution, and Identity Program financial operations & performance in conjunction with the Finance Business Partner.

Role

  1. Strategy Development: Organic (e.g., horizon 1 and 2) strategy development, amongst other potential briefs in conjunction with product and value chain expansion leads.
  2. Strategy Refinement: Drive the refinement and stakeholder engagement of key existing Identity strategy documents, including Identity’s Digital Account Ecosystem, Money Movement, A2A, and Digital Fraud Management strategy briefs.
  3. Commercial Strategy and Execution: Lead development of strategy and pricing actions with a focus on cross-product regional bundles, thematic cross-product bundles (e.g., Identity Attribute Verification), and intracompany agreements (e.g., Identity and New Payment Flows).
  4. Yearly Incremental Investment Tracking: Support the Finance Business Partner and product leads in effectively preparing an Identity-wide incremental investment ask and corresponding business cases, tracking performance over time to ensure strong value-for-investment.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with regional teams, product leads, and enablement partners to drive product and commercial prioritization leading to sustainable revenue growth and market penetration.

All About You

  1. Extensive experience in strategy consulting or developing go-to-market strategies for digital products, preferably within the payments or cybersecurity industry.
  2. Proven track record of translating strategies into execution plans and driving end-to-end execution in a cross-functional environment.
  3. Strong understanding of Mastercard's products, services, and key revenue drivers, as well as the larger payment industry.
  4. Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Analytical and solutions-oriented with the ability to drive thought leadership in digital strategy, leveraging data to develop a compelling narrative.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  7. Experience in managing product roadmaps, from concept to launch, and familiarity with identity verification standards.
  8. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data science, Business, Cybersecurity).
