About This Team

The Retail Technology Product Management team is a key part of the overall Global Digital, OMNI & Retail Technology organization. This team focuses on enabling innovative tools and solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance the in-store experience for retail teams, primarily in North America while collaborating with partners in Technology, UX, and Retail Operations.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

  • Understand how your specific product portfolio aligns with the overall business strategy and identify guest/business problems that need solving.
  • Create and own the product vision, strategy, and a 12-24 month roadmap for mid-scale and mid-complexity products.
  • Document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs that drive the product strategy forward.
  • Lead prioritization sessions for features/themes and define prioritization frameworks for products.
  • Make data-informed decisions based on organizational priorities, customer feedback, and industry trends.
  • Identify the need to adjust plans based on portfolio changes and replan work accordingly.
  • Measure and report on the success of delivered features and enhancements.
  • Manage internal and external partnerships on programs from concept to delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 product managers within a single geography.
  • Monitor customer/stakeholder needs and adjust user experience and product roadmaps accordingly.
  • Partner with central product management teams to define operating models and ways of working.
  • Review and approve direct report’s quarterly plans and play an active role in unblocking teams.
  • Identify impact to change and drive change management activities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on Retail and Mobile applications.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with the ability to lead through direct reports and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven track record of delivering large and complex products in an agile environment.
  • Experience collaborating with workforce management partners.
  • Successfully managed vendor relationships, including release schedules and contract negotiations.
  • Experience with digital technologies, media, e-commerce, payments, or subscription businesses.
  • Strong consulting skills with a track record of quality delivery and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to drive results independently while thriving in collaborative environments.
  • Desire to learn and improve by seeking and acting on feedback.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and clarity of purpose.
  • Minimum BA/BS degree from an accredited university; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings recognize exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $104,000 - $130,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program.

Workplace Arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely, with work performed onsite at least 3 days per week from our Vancouver or Seattle office.
