Job Description:
  • Managing a diverse portfolio, complex variety of projects and initiatives requiring integration of cross functional knowledge of Real Estate projects; new builds, renovations, moves (including Change Management & communications).
  • Lead related partner engagement and management of premises across Business Banking; provide second tier-support.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction for the business and play a key role in the development and implementation of strategies, solutions to achieve short & long term business objectives.
  • Provide support for a positive work environment that promotes service excellence quality, innovation, teamwork and ensures timely communications of issues, points of interest and changes.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance customer and colleague experience, effectiveness, operational efficiency, and productivity.

Key accountabilities include:
  • Self-starter to lead, manage a portfolio of premises and infrastructure projects end to end.
  • Provide seasoned specialized knowledge, advice/guidance to various stakeholders and teams related to complex real estate projects & related hardware and strategies.
  • Lead business controls and remediation requirements.
  • Deliver insights to support decision making to optimize occupancy costs and real estate expenditures.
  • Lead delivery of financial and non-financial business cases including validation and presenting analytics to management.
  • Forecast and prioritize scope of accountabilities to ensure business functions, priorities, and objectives met.
  • Lead functional / business level communications to ensure messages to stakeholders and/or colleagues are consistent, appropriate, and aligned to business strategies.
  • Develop and demonstrate organizational knowledge with ability to navigate the bank, connect the dots and engage the right partners.
  • Understand deeply the business strategic plans, including location, work styles, headcount, talent pools to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with other real estate disciplines such as Occupancy Planning, Architecture & Design, Facilities Management, Project Management etc. to deliver strategies, innovative designs, and projects to enhance the colleague & customer experience.

Required Skills:
  • Seasoned professional with proven track record in leading real estate, construction projects for a business and a acumen of business hardware technology implementations, upgrades to the business infrastructure.
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communicator - written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen - proven ability to absorb information on a variety of complex issues (financial and non-financial) and summarize key issues or concerns.
  • Strong organizational awareness.
  • Confident and persuasive in presenting business recommendations.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter, who owns deliverables end-to-end.
  • Ability to work and adjust in changing and ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and initiatives.
  • High degree of personal integrity to recognize and manage access to sensitive information, strategy and issues being addressed.
  • Good understanding and judgment on issues to resolve independently or to escalate.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' relevant experience.
  • Business Degree or a bachelor's degree.
