As a RAN Network Optimization Manager, our collaboration will focus on implementing cutting-edge technologies like Service Management Orchestration (SMO) and RAN Intelligent Controller (RIC) platforms to enhance network performance and maximize efficiency. By leveraging multi-vendor Open RAN deployment strategies and advanced spectrum optimization between 4G and 5G services, we will ensure seamless connectivity for our users. Our shared goal is to create a robust, automated, and intelligent network environment that not only meets current demands but sets new standards in the telecommunications industry.
What you’ll doIn this role as a RAN Network Optimization Manager, we will spearhead the transformation of our Radio Access Network (RAN) infrastructure through cutting-edge AI-driven automation and Open RAN technologies. We will leverage advanced analytics to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as network throughput, accessibility, mobility, and reliability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimization strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, we will deploy AI and machine learning algorithms to create autonomous, self-healing networks that proactively optimize RAN performance and reduce operational costs. Our responsibilities will include xApps and rApps for enhanced network automation.

- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.

- Certifications: Specialized certifications in network technologies and executive leadership.
- Interdisciplinary Background: Knowledge in physics, advanced mathematics, and interdisciplinary problem-solving.
Location: Any Major Canadian city
Salary Range: $110,000-$166,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 20%
