Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
2. Administer and coordinate employee training programs to ensure continuous development.
3. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, offers, and new hire orientations.
4. Investigate, document, and resolve health and safety incidents in compliance with regulations.
5. Co-chair Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) meetings and maintain meeting records.
6. Oversee benefits administration, including health benefits, company events, and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications:

1. A post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
3. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe programs.
