We are looking for our next Manager, Office Services! Reporting to the Vice President, Real Estate & Construction, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth day-to-day operations of our Mississauga Support Centre and Toronto satellite office.

From ensuring our reception runs like clockwork to keeping our spaces impeccably maintained, you’ll play a key role in fostering a welcoming and efficient workplace. Whether you’re managing vendor contracts, coordinating healthy snacks and coffee programs, or overseeing event logistics, you’ll bring an ownership mindset to every detail, ensuring our teams are set up for success. What will you be doing?

  • Lead efforts to provide a seamless, high-quality office experience across our Mississauga and satellite Toronto office.
  • Oversee reception services, including answering, screening, and directing telephone calls.
  • Lead and mentor team of Office Coordinators, ensuring effective delegation, performance management, and development.
  • Maintain office spaces to exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate mail and courier services, including distributing deliveries and managing outgoing shipments.
  • Manage the office’s healthy snack and coffee programs.
  • Oversee contracts and performance management for office support vendors.
  • Handle office maintenance requests and liaise with vendors for repairs and services.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are ready, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Act as the office’s fire warden and first aid certified personnel, maintaining compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Manage office logistics, including access, parking, and company directory updates.
  • Support event coordination, including room setup, catering, and cleanup.
  • Provide hands-on assistance for any office-related tasks as needed.
  • Travel occasionally to goeasy’s Toronto office for on-site support.

What experience do you have?

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in office management or administration.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in Office Administration is considered an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to improving office functions.
  • Fire Warden and First Aid Certification, or willingness to obtain certifications.

This is an on-site role, requiring full attendance at our Mississauga Support Centre office.
