We are looking for a strategic operator and program manager to drive critical initiatives within the COO organization. This role combines strategic decision making, problem solving, and program execution to support high-impact projects and drive operational excellence across teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong strategic mindset, ability to structure and problem solve through ambiguity, and the skills to drive cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution. They will partner closely with the Chief of Staff to the COO to analyze business challenges, implement key strategic initiatives, and drive the operational cadence of the COO organization. This role requires the ability to navigate complex topics, manage competing projects, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
CAN base pay range per year: $125,000 - $175,000
