Job Description:
We’re looking for a Manager of Loyalty & Consumer Insights to shape the future of customer engagement and business strategy! In this pivotal role, you’ll establish the vision and strategy for loyalty programs and consumer insights, driving results over the next 12–18 months. Your leadership will amplify customer loyalty, represent the voice of our customers, and unlock deeper business knowledge, all while optimizing marketing ROI. Salary Range: $108,696.00-$164,596.80 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
