Job Description:

We’re looking for a Manager of Loyalty & Consumer Insights to shape the future of customer engagement and business strategy! In this pivotal role, you’ll establish the vision and strategy for loyalty programs and consumer insights, driving results over the next 12–18 months. Your leadership will amplify customer loyalty, represent the voice of our customers, and unlock deeper business knowledge, all while optimizing marketing ROI. What You’ll Do:

  • Identifies opportunities to learn about shopper behaviour (for Canadian consumers, TJX Canada shoppers and/or STYLE+ Loyalty members) and uses data and insights to build programs that achieve business objectives, improve acumen for partners, and grow market share
  • Thinks broadly, holistically interpreting and connecting the dots between data, trends and insights, converting them into effective narratives for brand and business partner
  • Thinks about what-if’s and pro-actively conceptualizes data analytics possibilities using 1st party data sources, to better understand customer behavior; Champions the power of data and analytics with partners
  • Advocates for innovative opportunities, including in-store activations, 3rd party initiatives and marketing communications, to drive greater loyalty member acquisition, engagement and retention

About You:

  • Strong storytelling skills, ability to use information and repackage into understandable and impactful narratives, adapting communication style for different audiences
  • Demonstrates strong prioritization skills; understands how to balance workload versus capacity for themselves and their team
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills including analysis of information
  • Ability to develop and establish relationships with internal and external partners

Salary Range: $108,696.00-$164,596.80 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
