About the role
We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our team! With proven experience in guiding, inspiring, and mentoring experts. As the Manager of Martech & BI, you will be at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data, ensuring that our marketing technology stack and business intelligence capabilities drive measurable business impact. You will oversee the management and integration of key Martech platforms while developing data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.
Reporting to the Director of Martech and Digital Enablement, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, analytics, and operations teams to enhance our technology ecosystem, improve customer personalization, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Martech platforms, including CRM, personalization tools, marketing automation, and customer data platforms (CDP), and ensure seamless integration of Martech solutions with internal systems, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
- Identify and recommend emerging Martech solutions that enhance marketing efficiency, automation, and customer engagement.
- Develop and manage a scalable BI framework to provide actionable insights for marketing and business teams and support the team on the creation of dashboards, reports, and attribution models to measure marketing performance and ROI.
- Work closely with analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and accessibility.
- Partner with marketing teams to implement data-driven customer segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
- Work closely with IT and data teams to maintain data pipelines and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Act as a strategic bridge between marketing and technical teams, translating business needs into technology solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of Martech and BI specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Champion continuous learning and industry best practices in Martech and BI.

What You Have
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, data science or any other equivalent or higher degree.
- Experience: 7+ years in Martech, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, CDPs, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience: 3+ years of people management.
- Leadership Abilities: Experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
- No Canadian work experience required; however, must be eligible to work in Canada.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
