Role Summary:

The Manager of Marketing Execution supports the launch of marketing initiatives developed by the marketing team for Firehouse Canada. The Manager role will be based in Toronto, ON and will be responsible for supporting calendar management, national launches, and local marketing efforts. The Manager of Marketing Execution works cross-functionally across FHS North America marketing with Digital, Communications, Operations, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and vendors to ensure flawless execution of the FHS Canada marketing calendar and other marketing activations.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Support cross-functional project management of FHS CA Marketing initiatives and ongoing activities related to product and promotion launches.
  2. Be the liaison and first point of contact for Franchisee questions regarding marketing initiatives.
  3. Lead marketing execution of all new store openings and grand openings in Canada.
  4. Develop and activate action plans for underperforming stores that help drive sales and profitability.
  5. Deliver high-quality rollouts that support sales and traffic through flawless implementation.
  6. Perform weekly routines across all business areas for current and upcoming product and promotion projects.
  7. Bring project management strategy and challenge current processes to improve execution.
  8. Partner closely with FHS NA Marketing, Digital, Technology, Communications, Operations, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and vendors to ensure proper execution of new activations.
  9. Leverage various data sources and compile analyses to support marketing efforts.
  10. Contribute content to presentations for strategic projects in a logical manner.
  11. Contribute to improving the health and profitability of restaurants through proper execution of marketing initiatives.
  12. Role will include approx. 20-30% of time spent traveling to different regions across Canada.

Qualifications:

  1. University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 3+ years of work experience in QSR, CPG, Retail, or related field, with passion and knowledge of the QSR Industry.
  3. Strong business acumen with a high sense of curiosity.
  4. Track record of exceptional project management, analytical skills, creative problem-solving capabilities, and organizational skills.
  5. Proficient in data manipulation and analysis.
  6. Strong project management skills, able to interact cross-functionally and lead teams.
  7. Solution-oriented with the ability to anticipate issues and find solutions.
  8. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation experience.
  9. Ability to maintain professional relationships with various audiences including franchise partners and internal teams.
  10. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  11. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  12. Highly organized and motivated with a desire to outperform.
  13. Able to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
