SAIT's dynamic Marketing team leads the institutional Marketing and Recruitment Plan, manages brand, marketing and recruitment initiatives, and operates key digital marketing channels.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Recruitment, you will lead SAIT’s brand and marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. You are a skilled marketing professional who uses research and data to develop strategic and innovative plans that position and differentiate SAIT and drive customer/student acquisition.
You strive for a deep understanding of the goals and priorities of your stakeholders and ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with SAIT’s strategic objectives and audience needs. Your team of marketing specialists develop and implement comprehensive omnichannel plans, leveraging a diverse range of tactics including: digital advertising, social media marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, print advertising and publications, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, experiential events and strategic partnerships. Through continuous optimization, encompassing A/B testing, marketing automation workflows, and performance analysis, you maximize campaign effectiveness and uncover actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders including leadership, partners, faculty, staff, and suppliers.
Overseeing the work and performance of marketing staff members, your experience managing teams in a unionized environment is both effective and inspiring. As a leader, you see yourself as a coach and consultant. You focus on ensuring that your team understands priorities and has the ability to deliver. You have a passion for quality and attention to detail and you diligently manage all aspects of team administration.
