JOB SUMMARY
At Livingston, the Manager of Marketing Program and Digital plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through innovative, scalable marketing initiatives. This high-impact position focuses on developing and executing data-driven strategies to generate qualified leads, enhance customer engagement, and optimize lifecycle marketing efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will shape best practices for digital marketing, campaign reporting, and overall program success.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing and Demand Generation Strategy:
-Support and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly B2B digital marketing plans, strategically driving incremental growth to achieve overarching business objectives.
-Plan, execute, and support the AI integrated marketing plan for Livingston
-Design and customize digital marketing campaigns to align with industry and segment-specific needs, considering the customer lifecycle stage, personas, and journey.

-Collaborate with the optimization of processes to drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
-Continuously refine lead generation efforts to meet and exceed sales pipeline goals.
Campaign Execution and Optimization:

-Collaborate with the marketing automation, content and product teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, paid media, etc.).
-Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance and meet business objectives.
Analytics and Insights:

-Leverage platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other tools to evaluate digital marketing effectiveness.
-Monitor customer journeys, campaign performance, and ROI to identify growth opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:

-5+ years’ experience in B2B integrated marketing (e.g., digital, email, social media, campaign), marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or a related field
-5+ years in growth or digital marketing, with proven success in demand generation and sales enablement strategies.
Technical Skills:
style="margin-bottom:11.0px"-
-Proficiency in Salesforce, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
-Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar).
-Nice to have: Jasper.AI and marketing automation(Pardot) experience
