Education and Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and organize the operations of establishments that provide services to business.
2. Provide expertise in response to clients' needs.
3. Market business services.
4. Plan and control budget and expenditures.
5. Plan and direct research.
6. Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
7. Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
8. Plan, develop, and organize the policies and procedures of establishments.
9. Represent the company within various economic and social organizations.
10. Provide customer service.
11. Monitor and evaluate performance.
