As a driven Manager, Market Research & Insights, you will be a key advocate for our clients and advisors, reporting to the Director of Market Research & Insights. You'll lead the design, execution, and delivery of critical research programs, applying rigorous methodologies and utilizing Qualtrics. You will also actively explore and integrate Generative AI tools, driving innovation in our research processes, enhancing quality, and maximizing efficiency.
Responsibilities will include:
- Partner with business leaders to identify business challenges and opportunities for research.
- Translate research into action by analyzing multiple data sources and synthesizing findings into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives.
- Manage end-to-end research projects, independently manage and execute all phases of research, from design to delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution – this will be done using Qualtrics.
- Develop & maintain Qualtrics dashboards, creating and managing insightful dashboards for data visualization and reporting while ensuring dashboards are user-friendly, visually engaging, and provide real-time access to key performance indicators for stakeholders across the organization.
- Deliver impactful presentations, preparing and communicating compelling research findings and recommendations effectively to business partners.
- Leverage Generative AI by proactively exploring and implementing Gen AI tools to enhance research quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in market research, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and project complexity.
- Experience in Voice of Customer (VOC) research and insights is highly desired.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Qualtrics or similar enterprise-level survey and customer experience management platforms is required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create insightful, story-driven reports and deliver impactful presentations.
- Deep expertise in a wide range of market research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Proven ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, agile, and highly collaborative team environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
