Manager Logistics

Summary
The Manager, Logistics at Holt Renfrew is responsible for ensuring smooth inventory flow to support the selling efforts. This role involves leading a team to manage stock movement, store transfers, and maintaining stockroom standards.

Responsibilities

1. Complete Personal Performance Plan and e360 Survey, leading by example.
2. Build and retain a high-performing team to meet performance goals.
3. Update employee performance plans seasonally.
4. Communicate parameters and standards to direct reports.
5. Implement succession planning, team building, and skill development.
6. Adhere to Loss Prevention policies.
7. Lead stock movement associates for store transfers and stockroom maintenance.
8. Partner with Alterations team for sales floor deliveries.
9. Develop communication standards to meet Client expectations.
10. Monitor and enforce compliance of Return To Vendor's and transfers.
11. Coordinate markdown execution with selling teams.
12. Partner with selling teams for stock replenishment needs.
13. Ensure correct procedures for packing, shipping, and receiving goods.
14. Maintain accurate inventory records.
15. Drive physical inventory cut-off procedures.
16. Manage customer delivery service standards.
17. Oversee shipping and receiving team to meet service standards.
18. Maintain an organized workspace.
19. Oversee supply orders and distribution.
20. Control postage costs and hanger budget.
21. Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
22. Support merchandising team with movement and disposal of fixtures.
23. Comply with Health & Safety policies.

Requirements

1. Post-Secondary diploma/certificate in Building maintenance or trade diploma.
2. 5 years supervisory experience in a similar capacity.
3. Trained in forklift operation.
4. Basic computer skills.
