Oversees procurement planning and execution, ensuring materials, equipment, and services are acquired to meet project timelines and budget constraints.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for major packages.
• Lead tendering, negotiation, and award of contracts.
• Manage supplier performance, expediting, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian and global trade regulations.

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
• 10+ years in major project procurement, preferably in mining or nuclear sectors.
• SAP and mining project procurement experience preferred.
