About this opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Operations, the Manager, HR Advisory is responsible for leading the HR Advisory and HR Services functions, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a high-performing team. This role will handle confidential matters, implementing HR Service Delivery strategies, and driving the alignment of HR priorities with Cenovus' People Strategy.
Our ideal candidate will be able to deal with sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner. This individual will be highly adaptable, skilled at managing multiple priorities, and will possess strong organizational, customer service, and analytical skills in order to meet deadlines.
