We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Manager, Global Corporate Reporting FP&A to join our Finance team. This role is instrumental in driving financial visibility to support strategic decision-making. As a key contributor to the finance function in a public company environment, you will oversee global financial consolidation, performance metrics, corporate finance metrics, and external reporting requirements.

The FP&A team at Arc’teryx is responsible for providing leadership with the information they need to review past performance, understand business trends, and anticipate future performance and financial position. Through review of historic financials, variance analysis and KPI tracking, the team advises leadership on key investment decisions and performance improvement.
If you were in the Manager, Global Corporate Reporting FP&A role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Owning process management for the corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This will include frequent connects with regional FP&A leaders to align on short and long term target setting, variance analysis and ensuring alignment of overall corporate planning roll up corporate strategy and objectives.
- Financial Consolidation & Reporting: Overseeing preparation of global financial consolidated reporting packages for both corporate and region/channel reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements, and timely delivery of financial insights.
- Management Reporting & Analysis: Developing and maintaining key financial performance metrics and dashboards to provide business insights. Prepare executive-level commentary on monthly performance reports and key financial drivers containing data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Financial Calendar Management: Overseeing and coordinating the corporate financial calendar, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple teams to meet head-office deadlines, key deliverables and Amer deadlines.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Business Units, to analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Process & Systems Optimization: Driving automation and optimization of financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Leverage advanced analytical tools (e.g., EPM systems, BI dashboards) to improve decision-making.
- Board & Investor Support: Supporting investor relations and external stakeholder communication by providing financial analysis and insights. Assist in the preparation of Board presentations and external financial filings.

- You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial planning, performance management, and reporting in a public company setting.
- You are experienced in global financial consolidation and IFRS reporting.
- You are adept at working with complex financial models and large data sets to drive decision-making.
- You are proficient in financial systems and tools, with a strong ability to automate and streamline processes.
- You are a collaborative leader who can influence and build relationships across diverse teams.
- You are detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- You have 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance, preferably in a public company environment.
- You have strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- You are experienced with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and financial consolidation software.
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- You demonstrate the ability to lead projects and drive process improvements.
Salary Range: $106,000 - $146,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$106,000 - CAD$146,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience.
