Our client, a large and well-established organization located in Guelph, is looking to hire a Finance Manager.
Your new role
The Finance Manager will report to the Controller and will lead a team of 6+ direct reports. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily cash operations, budgeting and forecasting, remittances, payroll, accounting policy, and financial systems administration. Additionally, the Finance Manager will lead the assessment and improvement of internal controls and provide analysis for management to support decision-making as required.
What you'll need to succeed
The Finance Manager will need to hold a post-secondary degree in accounting or a similar field, as well as being a CPA holder. The Finance Manager will need to have a minimum of 10 years of accounting/finance experience. The Finance Manager must have prior experience managing a team and will ideally have exposure to an ERP implementation.
