We are looking for a Manager, End User Services to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

Are You:

  • A problem solver with proven experience and proficiencies within Microsoft 365?
  • Possess a strong technical background with a focus on end-user computing?

As the Manager, End User Services, you will oversee the support and management of the IT Help Desk, Desktop Technology, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 products. This role includes day-to-day operations, security remediation, patch management, project management, and ensuring SLAs are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. The manager will also be responsible for vendor support contracts and problem resolution in collaboration with software and hardware vendors.

A Day in the Life

  • Manage a team of 5 direct reports and 3 indirect reports on the Deskside Support team
  • Create metrics to track success or misses in all areas
  • Engage vendors for issue resolution and product support
  • Consult and coordinate with application teams and business units to design and validate operational processes
  • Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication
  • Ensure performance objectives are clearly defined and articulated, ensure performance reviews are completed in a timely manner, provide ongoing “performance enablement” discussions to ensure employees are continually engaged

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 3 years technical work experience with a minimum of 1 year experience in an IT Systems Support production environment supporting end users
  • Proven experience and proficiencies with Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical people
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

The hiring base salary range for this position is $92,100 - $126,610 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
