About This Team

The B2B Ecommerce Operations team is a committed, hardworking, fun-loving team that works in partnership with a variety of cross-functional partners to execute B2B ecommerce strategies across digital channels. We are the operational owners of the B2B ecommerce business that may include content, product merchandising and the partner experience. Today this team supports the ecommerce experience of five Programs – Independents, Key Accounts, Team Program, Corporate and Campus.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Sr Manager, NA Ecommerce Operations, this position will be responsible for the planning and evolution of our B2B e-commerce operations & execution. This includes fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams and focusing on creation and improvement of processes. This role will also be delivering cross catalogue data and content management optimizations making impactful catalogue optimizations and ecommerce experiences across our B2B Strategic Sales tools & platforms.

  • Provides leadership and direction to the team to support and streamline ecommerce operations and processes across all B2B ecommerce platforms to support the growth of the strategic sales business.
  • Identifies future opportunities based on analysis to support leadership in prioritization and implementation of new and enhanced ecommerce operations updates and systems.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple e-commerce operational projects simultaneously; track and report on their effectiveness.
  • Strategizes and plans the implementation of website platform updates using 3rd party tools to support operational priorities and to optimize website performance.
  • Accountable for results of the objectives and key results within B2B ecommerce operations domain, ensuring the delivery of optimal B2B ecommerce experience.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience working in digital experience.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce eco-systems. Experience working in a B2B ecommerce organization would be an asset.
  • Strategy and tool experience. Strong knowledge and ability to work in project management and product data tools (Commerce Tools, Frontastic to deliver online catalogue and merchandising, Jira and Confluence experience an asset).
  • Experience in people management and managing a team (4+ individuals).
  • Ability to build relationships and work in a dynamic, fast-paced operational model, interacting with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong experience in managing multiple deliverables simultaneously with a strong analytical approach to identify and understand trends based on data and insight reporting their effectiveness, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500 - $141,100 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

Workplace Arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
